Southern Area Games 2026 🐾

Our event is this weekend!  The following updates were provided by SORI, so that we are all prepared for the Southern Area Games at Bishop Hendricken:

!!!IMPORTANT!!! - This year we will be providing healthy snacks for athletes to promote healthy lifestyles.  There will be NO free lunch options for teams.  We are working on coordinating the snack shack and a food truck, but please have your families plan accordingly.

When: Saturday May 2nd
    9:00 - Team Arrival
    9:30 - Report to Track Bleachers for Opening Ceremonies
    9:45 - Opening Ceremonies
    10:30 - 4:00 - Competition

Where: - Bishop Hendricken High School - 102 Oakland Beach Ave - Warwick RI 02889 

Note:  If you have an athlete interested in being a flag bearer during area games, please reach out to Greg Wright to request their participation.

Important Note:

If you cannot make Saturday's qualifier, for any reason, you need to email the Program Team by end of day Friday. We will need to make other arrangements to record times and distances. If you do NOT do this, you will NOT be able to compete in the Summer Games.
